Responsibilities

Own performance across Meta Ads + SEM
Build a disciplined creative testing system: angles, hooks, landing page narratives, UGC briefs, iteration cadence
Improve conversion end-to-end (creative → landing page → checkout → post-purchase)
Design and execute “spikes” (experiments) that move sales fast: drops, offers, waitlist waves, limited cohorts, seasonal pushes, partnership moments
Test and scale Substack sponsorships (selection, negotiation, creative, tracking, post-mortems)
Build an influencer engine (sourcing → outreach → deal structures → briefs → content QA → attribution → iteration)
SEO/AIO that converts (not content-for-content’s-sake)
Neurode newsletter: growth loops, onboarding/lifecycle, conversion paths
Native content systems for X/Twitter and TikTok (and optionally LinkedIn) with tight feedback loops into paid creative
Own attribution hygiene (UTMs, landing pages, post-purchase “how did you hear about us?”, GA4/Stripe sanity checks)
Weekly growth reporting that drives decisions
Design each project as an experiment, communicate the intention behind an experiment, have reasoning behind your conviction on why it’ll work, and clear metrics that will prove you right or wrong
Share the output and learnings with the team in ways that inform future decision making
Turn each project into an experiment that shapes our future learning wether its a success or not
You’ve shipped a clear weekly growth cadence: testing, learnings, next bets
Creative throughput is high and improving (you can explain •why• winners win and why something failed - it’s a learning)
At least 1-2 repeatable channels show traction, that means it's bringing in new users repeatedly, and we understand why, and how to increase it
1 spike has worked out
