Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for Oracle Procurement, Vendor Setup, and Invoicing modules
Resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor master data
Assist users with navigating Oracle screens, forms, and workflows
Guide users through standard operating procedures for procurement and AP transactions
Assist with weekly, monthly open order, missing receipts management
Assist with Oracle Catalogue order and category management
Support vendor onboarding processes, including data entry and validation
Ensure compliance with internal controls and documentation requirements for vendor creation and updates
Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials
Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions for new users or process changes
Monitor key transactions for errors or delays, such as stuck invoices and unmatched POs
Generate reports to track help desk metrics and recurring issues

Qualification

Required

ERP systems experience, preferably Oracle, SAP, AS400, JDE, NetSuite, or Sage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, CoPilot, and Teams
Strong understanding of Oracle Procurement and Invoicing workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable with technology and self-sufficient
2+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, preferably in Procurement and AP modules

Preferred

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field preferred. Open to HS Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience
Experience with Oracle Fusion or Oracle E-Business Suite is preferred
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is a plus
