Responsibilities
Provides consumer lending support and guidance to internal teams, non-members, and 3rd party companies, aligning with Westerra Experience service initiatives
Requires an in-depth understanding of Westerra’s consumer lending products
Involves gathering loan-specific details and documentation from members or partners
Includes reviewing final loan details, payment methods, closing options, loan documents, and funding
Offers guidance to other departments on lending matters
Ensures accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up in processing loan applications
Qualification
Required
0-1 year experience in customer service
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
Notary certification, or ability to obtain
2 years of similar or related experience
Basic knowledge of consumer lending regulations
Preferred
Understanding of consumer lending regulations
