In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living community, ensuring services exceed customer needs while overseeing day-to-day activities and employee development.

Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations

Minimum of two years of experience in an AL setting

Must possess a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism

Professional image in both appearance and behavior

Excellent written and oral communication skills
