Responsibilities

Surveying customer homes along with refurbishing empty homes to bring back into use
Working alongside residents and leaseholders taking ownership of ensuring that repairs are managed end to end
Managing issues and complaints that may arise before, during or after works
Looking for continuous improvement in delivery of this essential service
Working within tight timelines and within budget
Having day to day operational responsibility for repairs and maintenance in a patch within the City of Bristol boundaries
