Responsibilities

Lead transformation initiatives by improving processes and implementing system enhancements, building a more productive environment for our Global and Regional teams to create and win together
Set team priorities, allocate workload and manage capacity to ensure resources are aligned to the transformation roadmap and strategic initiatives
Collaborate across teams —Design, Product, Development, Regional Merchandising, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and IT—to simplify workflows and maintain data integrity
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team through coaching and setting clear expectations to build strong product operations and systems expertise
Champion automation and innovation, overseeing implementation of cutting-edge solutions and troubleshooting issues that impact the product lifecycle
Drive strategic execution, managing the roadmap for BPO projects to deliver measurable efficiency gains and unlock creative potential

Required

10+ years experience in product operations, business process optimization, or related fields, with proven expertise in PLM systems and transformation initiatives
3-5+ years of people management experience leading teams of analysts, project managers or process specialists
Strong understanding of apparel and footwear development cycles, including concept-to-commercialization processes
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across Design, Product, Development, Regional Merchandising, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and IT
Proven success managing a roadmap for BPO and/or shared service initiatives, including vendor selection, SLAs, KPIs, and governance
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into clear goals and measurable outcomes for a team, with strong prioritization and delegation skills
Hands-on experience with PLM/ERP platforms (e.g., Centric, Enovia, SAP), workflow automation tools (e.g., ServiceNow, UiPath), and data governance frameworks
Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and leveraging technology to solve complex challenges
Strong data fluency and ability to translate business requirements into metrics; comfortable with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL basics
