They are seeking an experienced Business Applications Analyst/Services Consultant to provide technical support and training on firm-sponsored software applications to internal and client users.

Responsibilities

Provides technical support to users of applications currently supported by the B-Tech group and is certified on two or more of those solutions
Provides assistance and solutions for seamless integrations between software systems. Provide basic technical support and help troubleshoot integration or sync errors
Assist with software implementations for migration and imports as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree
Provides technical support to users of applications currently supported by the B-Tech group and is certified on two or more of those solutions
Provides assistance and solutions for seamless integrations between software systems. Provide basic technical support and help troubleshoot integration or sync errors
Assist with software implementations for migration and imports as needed

Preferred

2 years experience in customer service support or software implementation is preferred
2 years experience in an area of application support, Helpdesk, Desktop Management, Mobile device/application support or similar IT experience preferred
Experience with Spend Management solutions such as BILL (Bill.com) and/or an accounting related software preferred
