Project Manager, Road Trains Business Unit, Hexagon
Hexagon is a global leader in measurement technologies, and they are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their Autonomous Road Train Business Unit. This role will oversee the delivery of autonomous technologies, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, timelines, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Create and manage complex project plans using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), identifying critical paths and acceleration opportunities
Monitor and report on project budgets, consumables, and financial schedules using resource planning tools and historical data
Identify and track project risks, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across multiple projects
Provide accurate and timely status reports to stakeholders, including risk trends and escalation issues
Collaborate with engineering teams to define Statements of Work (SOW), budgets, communication plans, and schedules
Liaise with supply chain teams to monitor component availability and update project teams accordingly
Contribute to the Project Management Office (PMO) to align processes across all active domains and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Act as a peer reviewer for planning documents and provide critical path analysis
Manage subcontractor relationships and identify opportunities to improve project outcomes through external partnerships
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or technical management
Proficiency with JIRA and project tracking tools
Demonstrated experience managing complex engineering or software projects
Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards and quality management systems
Preferred
Experience with developing, testing and deploying an autonomous solution
Experience with hybrid project management style incorporating both agile and waterfall methods
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, Finance or a related field
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification
