Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process driver settlements, payroll, and fuel expenses
Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and fuel cards
Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reports
Maintain accurate records for audits and tax preparation
Work closely with dispatch and management to resolve billing issues
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an accountant or bookkeeper in a trucking or logistics company
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
Strong Excel and data-entry skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred
Experience with fleet accounting
Understanding of DOT-related financial compliance
Bilingual (English/Russian/Uzbek) – a plus
