Health Care

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to program participants and staff
Opens/closes facilities, assist with set-up, cleaning, and inventory management
Take primary responsibility of participants and staff
Create, facilitate, and evaluate programs and events
Enforce appropriate safety regulations and emergency procedures and apply appropriate behavior-management techniques
Manage birthday party communication, registration, and activities
Work as a team
Other Duties as assigned

Qualification

Supervising staffProgram facilitationCPR/FA certificationCommunication skillsTeamwork

Required

2+ years of experience in the field including supervising staff
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field with increasing responsibility, including supervising staff
Current CPR/FA certification approved by Massachusetts Health Department or ability to obtain upon hire
