Travel Industry Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Identify and target customers from assigned market that will generate business on behalf of hotel
Negotiate, draft, generate and confirm/sign contracts that ensure hotel budget and revenue targets are achieved
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and direct sales goals by implementing a territory business development strategy including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment as outlined
Maintain thorough and complete product knowledge of resort and offerings including F&B, Spa and recreation. Possess an in-depth understanding of comp set’s Features/Advantages/Benefits
Establish and maintain strong Golden Sales & Catering hygiene including account creation, account traces, contact information, client email lists, bookings, etc. in accordance with Four Seasons standards
Produce and execute quarterly and annual action plans
Qualification
Required
Proven sales track record a plus

US work authorization is required unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location
Preferred
Luxury hotel Sales preferred (minimum of 3 years)
College Degree – 4 years, or equivalent experience strongly preferred
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English; other languages a plus
