Responsibilities

Shape a comprehensive strategy for the evolution of digital wallet offerings and underlying platform capabilities—including agentic payments—grounded in user needs, the competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and aligned with broader company goals

Drive the development and execution of a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing platform capabilities, features, and enhancements to optimize user engagement, repeat usage, and best-in-class customer experience

Collaborate closely with product counterparts, engineering, risk, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of features, timely delivery, and alignment with technical feasibility, scalability, and user-experience standards

Coordinate across internal capability owners, shared services, and platform teams to ensure new solutions are cohesive, interoperable, and contribute to a unified enterprise ecosystem

Utilize qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques to gain deep insights into user behavior, preferences, and trends, leveraging findings to refine product strategies, improve user experience, and drive growth

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor product and platform performance to identify optimization and continuous improvement opportunities

Provide authentic and empathetic leadership to your product team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Encourage innovation, continuous learning, and accountability to drive excellence in product development and delivery

Required

Experience in payments, commerce and AI, with demonstrated results driving meaningful value in customer facing experiences

Strong leadership skills and passionate about colleague development, with the ability to coach, mentor, and guide direct reports

A history of both managing scaled global products and transforming ideas into go-to-market capabilities

Technically literate with a deep appreciation of the engineering discipline and partnership

Experience successfully managing and growing partner relationships

Energy and drive to ensure that your product is successful and has an impact, with a keen eye for detail and ability to analyze key metrics to identify opportunities or problems

Clear and concise communication skills to convey product strategy and vision, adept at explaining complex concepts to a broad audience

Ability to prioritize roadmaps across multiple competing priorities and timelines, with high consideration of user needs, technical feasibility, and business outcomes

Clear understanding of customer research frameworks and principles; able to articulate a strong point of view that is backed by knowledge of the industry and customer needs
