Responsibilities
Examine Form I-9 fields for data entry accuracy and discrepancies
Correct all errors received or order additional investigation and use the error alert system to document quality deficiencies
Investigate areas of deficiency and correct accordingly
Follow standardized procedures for proofreading
Assist in completion of E-Verify cases or other Form I-9 Validation
Qualification
Required
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in M.S. Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Attention to detail and reliability to complete tasks in an efficient and accurate manner
Elevated communication skills orally and in writing, as well as the ability to empathize with others
Ability to uphold professional manners while at work
Must be able to maintain confidential information and follow procedures for work processing
Must be able to manage multiple tasks or projects during a scheduled work period
The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent
