Responsibilities
Own the AI transformation strategy for a specific GTM function, defining a roadmap that delivers measurable operational impact
Build and ship AI-powered solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code)
Lead technical design and architecture decisions, creating reusable components that accelerate future AI development. Deliver production-grade automations that fundamentally reshape how sales, marketing, or customer success teams operate
Communicate progress, business impact, and demos directly to executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar)
Coursework or practical experience in AI/ML, product development, or entrepreneurship
Prior experience in product management or software engineering, ideally with exposure to AI-enabled products
Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and contemporary AI tooling
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and comfort using AI-assisted development tools
Clear communicator capable of influencing senior and executive stakeholders
Strong product intuition paired with technical depth in modern AI capabilities, LLMs, and agentic workflows
Ability to independently go from problem definition → prototype → production deployment
Demonstrated success solving ambiguous operational problems in fast-moving environments
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating operational needs into scalable AI solutions
Portfolio or GitHub showcasing self-directed AI projects or tooling
Preferred
Experience in enterprise software environments collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating operational needs into scalable AI solutions
Internships or research roles in AI/ML labs
Hackathon participation, open-source contributions, or product-focused side projects
