Willow Bridge Property Company is offering a hands-on internship within their Facilities Maintenance organization for motivated students interested in multifamily real estate and construction management. The intern will support Regional Maintenance Directors and Capital Project Managers in executing operational initiatives and gain real-world exposure to property operations.

Responsibilities

Operational Support: Partner with RMDs to observe and document field operations, service delivery standards, and property compliance practices across multiple communities

Capital & Project Visibility: Assist with data entry and reporting within the Banner capital tracking platform, learning how budgets, bids, and construction management fees (CMF) are governed at scale

Policy & SOP Alignment: Review and summarize maintenance SOPs and help create quick-reference tools or checklists for use by field teams

Technology & Platform Exposure: Gain experience with maintenance service ticket platforms (SmartRent, Yardi, or comparable systems) and learn how technology integrates with daily maintenance execution

ESG & Inspection Initiatives: Participate in active inspection programs (fire, pool, safety, environmental) and document outcomes aligned with WillowBridge sustainability goals

Team Collaboration: Attend regional meetings, shadow RMDs and CPMs, and support communication or presentation materials used for leadership or ownership reporting

Learning Project: Complete a final project summarizing key findings or recommendations—examples include service workflow optimization, shop organization analysis, or preventive maintenance benchmarking
