Aracor is on a mission to build a world-class product that will redefine dealmaking. They are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own testing and quality practices, focusing on both frontend and backend testing strategies while contributing to product features.

Responsibilities

Own the test strategy across frontend and backend, and make sure it's practical enough that people actually follow it

Build and maintain Playwright suites covering critical user journeys, keeping them reliable and fast

Set up quality gates in CI (GitHub Actions, Argo CD) with coverage thresholds, stability metrics, and clear feedback

Extend test coverage in backend services using pytest and contract testing

Write production features alongside test infrastructure—this is a fullstack role, and shipping product is part of it

Monitor test suite health, address flaky tests, and keep the feedback loop tight

Advocate for feature flag discipline and safe rollout practices, with telemetry to catch problems early

Help teammates write testable code by sharing patterns and reviewing tests in PRs

Communicate testing decisions, coverage status, and quality concerns clearly in writing

Required

Five-plus years of experience building web applications with React or Vue (Composition API) and TypeScript

Strong background in automated testing—unit, component, and E2E—using tools like Vitest/Jest, Testing Library, Playwright or Cypress, and pytest

Experience thinking about test strategy: how testing fits into CI/CD, how to balance coverage against maintenance cost, and how to keep suites reliable as the codebase grows

Comfortable in Python and FastAPI—able to write backend tests and features, and debug issues that cross the stack

Strong written communication skills—able to document standards, write clear bug reports, and keep the team informed about quality status

Early-stage experience in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift
