Johnson & Johnson LLP is an entertainment litigation boutique representing artists and talent in the industry. They are seeking a senior litigator with extensive commercial litigation experience to manage cases and work collaboratively with junior associates and partners.

Responsibilities
Litigate and manage cases with junior associates from A to Z
Handle every facet of commercial litigation
Supervise junior attorneys and support staff
Manage complex commercial litigation, including civil motion practice, managing discovery, taking/defending depositions, oral arguments/hearings, mediation/settlement, arbitrations/trials
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in California
A minimum of 10 years of commercial/business litigation experience
Proven ability to manage complex commercial litigation, including supervising junior attorneys and support staff
Extensive experience with civil motion practice, managing discovery, taking/defending depositions, oral arguments/hearings, mediation/settlement, arbitrations/trials
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
A track record of demonstrating initiative, integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in entertainment litigation is a plus but not required
