Responsibilities

Understand and lead the K18 philosophy of biotech and biomimetics through exciting education

Manage educational strategies within your region, implementing education plans to grow the K18 brand and business

Responsible for facilitating local trainings to distributor sales consultants, distributor educators, store employees and salons

Works closely with K18 marketing and sales teams to ensure proper launches and promotions within the region

Promote and implement K18 education programs, from field education to shows and events

Responsible for scheduling and managing all K18 education programs within your region

Responsible for the development and growth of existing accounts as well as generating new business through excellent education

Works with distributors, sales, and marketing to plan a strategy to deliver against sales goals

Manage educational programs to meet salon objectives and support new product launches within the region

Participates in distributor shows and programs as directed

Facilitate technical education for professional stylists in both live and virtual settings

Any other tasks the employer may reasonably consider essential in ensuring the normal operations of the employer’s business processes and that fall into the category of expertise of the Regional Education Manager
