Responsibilities

Rounds with previous shift staff to receive report on care given to patients

Delivers care using the mission, vision, and value statements, incorporating patient-centric behaviors daily

Promotes timely patient placement by following hospital policy for patient admission, discharge, and transfer

Provides care to patients in accordance with standards of care, including assistance with hygiene, comfort, and activities of daily living

Maintains patient skin integrity by turning and repositioning patients, preventing skin shearing, and notifying nurses of skin breakdown
