Account Manager (Inside Sales) Milwaukee
ProSource Wholesale is one of the largest flooring companies in North America, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with residential and commercial flooring professional Members. The role involves selling new ProSource Memberships, servicing member accounts, and generating leads from assigned territories.

Responsibilities
Contacting Prospects to set up showroom visits and establishing rapport
Conducting showroom tours for member Prospects and walk-in visitors
Maintaining a level of professional knowledge about flooring products to better sell to and service Members and their Clients
Taking flooring orders and confirming material arrival and delivery with Members
Assisting with showroom promotions and events
Re-establishing communication with former Members who have not recently purchased from ProSource
Following up with Members regarding orders, estimates and quotes
Qualification
Required
Ability to write effective business correspondence
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of Members and their Clients and the public
Ability to understand and effectively communicate numerical data, as well as calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and general internet competency
Strong communication skills
Upbeat attitude
Ability to multi-task proficiently
