Collaboration with service advisors and other technicians to provide excellent customer service
Qualification
Required
Technical skills in diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems such as engines, transmissions, and electrical components
Proficiency in routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake services, and tire rotations
Experience with using diagnostic tools and interpreting diagnostic codes
Ability to follow OEM repair standards and adhere to safety protocols
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
ASE Certification or equivalent automotive certifications
