Responsibilities
Support schedule, staffing, and deliverables across §§2.1–2.8; maintain weekly/monthly reporting cadence
Drive meeting facilitation logistics, agenda preparation, and minutes approval workflows
Assist with risk/issue tracking, action item management, and routing via TMS/DCARS
Qualification
Required
Master's in related field + 6 years major acquisition (5 years PM/APM); OR Bachelor's + 8 years (5 years PM/APM)
Experience managing FFP task orders; strong writing and coordination skills
Microsoft 365 proficiency and familiarity with USCG governance councils
Onsite: Minimum 2 days/week; may increase
Clearance/Badging: Favorable suitability and CAC; DHS IT Security Awareness training
