Foreclosure Legal Assistant
ALAW is a nationwide law firm providing efficient legal representation to the nation’s largest financial institutions. The Foreclosure Legal Assistant will assist attorneys in various legal tasks related to foreclosure and creditors' rights, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and conducting legal research.

Responsibilities
Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices related to creditors' rights and foreclosure
Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and ethical standards
Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of case files and documentation
Conduct thorough legal research related to foreclosure laws, regulations, and procedures
Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs
Review and analyze foreclosure documents, contracts, and financial records
Qualification
Required
3+ years previous experience as a paralegal, preferably in the area of creditors' rights and foreclosure
Proficiency in understanding of foreclosure laws, regulations, and procedures
Proficiency in conducting legal research using various resources and platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and case management
Proficiency in using legal software and case management systems
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information in a professional manner
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification from an accredited institution
