Responsibilities

Work closely with senior business leaders and key stakeholders to draft and facilitate key components of the annual business planning process while supporting execution and delivery of initiatives
Work closely with business partners to define, draft, and manage business updates and reporting packages to highlight progress to priorities, sales results, and other KPIs
Focus on supporting the Private Client Services (PCS) Client Group but may also have responsibilities in the broader NACG organization
Work closely with senior business managers to lead business communication and associate engagement across NACG, including coordinating and executing town halls
Support resource management (such as budget management) in a consistent and scale-able way across NACG business units
Provide project management and business support for initiatives across NACG to optimize business processes, operations, and make progress against NACG’s priorities

Required

You have a bachelor's degree, with 5+ years of experience
You have the proven ability to work collaboratively across senior leadership and cross functional teams towards the achievement of a common goal
Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
You have an analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
You have experience drafting and managing business updates for different audiences and levels of management
You have experience identifying key performance indicators (KPI) and using them to measure progress of initiatives and the overall business
You have demonstrated the ability to write clearly, succinctly, and to synthesize large amounts of information into insightful/actionable takeaways
You have the ability to problem solve and develop clear and comprehensive recommendations on matters of strategy and execution, clearly articulating them in a convincing way

Preferred

Experience in Financial Services/Asset Management industry preferred
