International Compliance Manager (GR 32)

Responsibilities

Manage strategic risk assessment and audit functions to ensure regulatory compliance with all relevant countries
Follow and report on trade actions and provide strategic insights including impact analysis and forecasting
Manage the international compliance team, brokers, and service providers with responsibility for U.S., Canada and Mexico import and export compliance for North American divisions
Ensure business partners are meeting/exceeding established Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Manage part classifications and team to ensure parts are classified accurately and timely to avoid border crossing delays and entry errors
Support SAP GTS implementation, training, and maintenance
Manage post entry activities including post entry corrections, protests, reconciliation, and prior disclosures
Manage the duty savings and refund programs and team, including USMCA and other Free Trade Agreements, Duty Drawback, CBSA Annex 9963, etc
Determine and implement other duty savings programs PACCAR is eligible for

Required

Licensed U.S. Customs Broker required
8+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in Trade Compliance required
Strong working knowledge of U.S. and Canada Customs laws
Ability to manage a fast paced, customer service-based department
2+ years of experience managing teams and service providers
Motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or International related field required
