Responsibilities
Work alongside some of the top securities litigators in the country on high-stakes, complex matters that shape the financial services landscape
Tackle sophisticated commercial, business, and securities litigation matters
Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, and regulatory proceedings before the SEC, FINRA, and state agencies
Serve as a trusted advisor to financial services clients on litigation, compliance, and regulatory issues
Draft persuasive, high-level motions, briefs, and memoranda
Collaborate with a team in a supportive, dynamic, and friendly environment
Qualification
Required
6–10 years of relevant experience in securities, business litigation, and banking law
JD from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing in Texas
Demonstrable and proven arbitration experience — this is a must!
Strong working knowledge of SEC, FINRA, RIA, and banking regulations
Sharp legal writing and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with confidence and ease
