Responsibilities
Lead the digital merchandising strategy including product assortment, pricing, bundling, and promotions
Oversee creation, accuracy, and performance of Commerce’s digital product catalog and commercial content
Partner with Product and UX to ensure content supports intuitive, self-service buying experiences
Collaborate with SP&A and Finance to analyze performance and optimize for revenue and margin
Drive the “less is more” approach to assortment, focusing on simplicity, customer relevance, and profitability
Establish governance standards for content lifecycle, catalog updates, and product data integrity
Align with Marketing to ensure consistent storytelling and brand presentation
Build and lead a high-performing digital merchandising and content operations team
Monitor performance through KPIs including conversion, attach rate, margin, and catalog accuracy
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in digital merchandising, category management, or eCommerce operations
Proven success driving commercial growth through digital assortment, pricing, and promotional optimization
Deep understanding of digital catalog management, pricing strategy, and content governance
Experience in consumer, retail, or service-based businesses with complex product or service portfolios
Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities; capable of influencing at all organizational levels
