Responsibilities

Develop and improve program Systems Engineering (SE) strategic processes and plans for engineering design activities promoting SE best practices
Work with multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to understand and improve engineering products, processes, formal working groups, etc
Work with engineering leadership and customers to promote top SE topics and critical issues across the program
Brief status regularly to key internal and customer stakeholders

Required

Requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8 years of experience or 6 years with a Master's degree or 4 year with a PhD. An additional 4 years of direct CM/DM experience may be used in lieu of a degree
Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs
3 years of experience participating in Systems Engineering Technical Review milestone events
1 year of experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Requirements management
1 year of demonstrated cross-organizational team leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate execution of multiple technical teams to achieve overarching project goals and confidence to brief IPT, Program and Customer leadership

Preferred

Experience with ICBM or other large DoD Acquisition programs
Extensive MBSE experience (3+ years)
Experience with Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirement System (DOORS)
Experience with CAMEO and Teamwork Cloud
Experience with Teamcenter or similar Product Lifecycle Management tools
Experience with software scripting in one or more modern, object-oriented languages
Experience with Agile development
Experience developing processes and procedures
Experience with data analytics and data visualization using Tableau and Microsoft SQL Server or similar tools
