Responsibilities
Support the US design team in creating global digital assets for paid ads, email, and social media
Design on-brand still and motion assets for social (Instagram stories, feed posts, reels)
Create eye-catching, performance-driven paid ad creatives
Assist in producing global email marketing materials - updating imagery, editing copy, ensuring accuracy across regions, and managing files
Learn our product catalog, naming conventions, and regional nuances to ensure design accuracy
Take ownership of assigned design tasks from brief to delivery with efficiency and attention to detail
Stay organized, proactive, and communicative in a fast-paced creative environment
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of professional design experience in a fast-paced environment (agency, in-house marketing team, or substantial freelance)
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
A strong design portfolio showcasing digital work (social, email, paid ads), typography, and visual storytelling
Demonstrated experience creating social stills, videos, and motion/animated assets (email design a plus!)
Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) required
Working knowledge of Slack, Asana (or similar project management platform), Google Suite
Strong understanding of design principles: composition, hierarchy, typography, and color
Ability to design within brand guidelines and maintain consistency across assets
Preferred
Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Canva, Adobe After Effects)
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and video generation platforms a plus
