Responsibilities

Support pre-production, capture, and post for photo and video content across RMS

Film interviews, b-roll, events, and executive/program stories in studio and field environments

Contribute to broadcast-style and multi-camera productions as needed

Edit short- and long-form videos in Adobe Premiere Pro

Create motion graphics and visual enhancements in After Effects

Produce platform-optimized, social-first content (vertical, short-form, quick-turn)

Apply strong fundamentals of lighting, composition, and audio

Support and/or operate professional drones in alignment with policy and safety standards

Maintain equipment readiness and follow production best practices

Qualification
