Responsibilities

Maintain program accuracy with timely revenue recognition, invoicing, cost, funding, gross margins, cash flow, and programmatic risks

Monitor costs weekly to ensure actuals are within budget and charged to correct cost accounts

Support the generation of monthly financial status reports, monthly/quarterly Estimate at Completes (EACs), funding tracking reports, internal financial reporting, and submit invoices to customers

Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), time-phased budgets and schedules, Estimate to Completes (ETCs), analyses, and interpretations

Serve as proposal pricing analyst

Provide cost analysis and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) support to Program Manager and Control Account Managers (CAMs)

Prepare financial contracts data requirements list (CDRLs) for timely delivery

Interface with the program team to develop and status schedule requirements, including updates as required

Prepare internal program review presentations for management
