Responsibilities

Own day-to-day field service across the local market: break/fix, installations, and preventive maintenance

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; provide sales support and basic customer training as needed

Communicate effectively with diverse teams and customer stakeholders

Represent Ellison Technologies with professionalism and integrity at all times

Take end-to-end ownership of service cases and projects; maintain customer records and technical documentation
