Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical control hardware (motors, sensors, relays, controllers)
Diagnose and repair control circuits (24VDC, 120VAC) and process signals (0–10VDC, 4–20mA)
Perform phase rotation verification and replace sacrificial parts (fuses, overloads)
Maintain pneumatic and electro-pneumatic systems for control valves
Adjust field devices and verify discrete/analog signals
Comply with OSHA and local safety codes; participate in safety programs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED (required)
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and medium voltage systems
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions
Pre-employment assessments, background check, physical, and drug screen required
Comply with OSHA and local safety codes; participate in safety programs
Preferred
OSHA certification and union experience (preferred)
Strong computer skills (SAP, Excel, Outlook) desirable
