Envolve LLC, through its division Ross, manages apartment communities across the southeastern United States. They are seeking a Part Time Lobby Attendant to assist residents and guests at Rhonda's Place in Denver, CO, ensuring a welcoming environment and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.

Responsibilities

Answer the phone

Buzzing in guest and making sure they sign the guest sign in book. Must maintain the guest log book

Open the door for people going in or out Keep common areas clean (vacuum, pick up, etc)

Make coffee & popcorn when/if needed, if applicable

Dispose of trash from common areas

Assist residents when needed

To report to Property Manager areas unprofessional in appearance beyond their control

Qualification

Required

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred

Minimum of 18 years old

Basic writing and reading skills required

Must work well with the public and with others as a team

Must be able to take direction from supervisor but have the initiative to work independently
