Sales Manager
Shane Co. is a leading family-owned jeweler in the U.S. seeking a Sales Manager to drive top-line sales and supervise the sales staff. The role involves maximizing sales growth potential, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing the sales team within a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities
Assist in driving top line sales, including supervising, coaching, and direction of the sales staff
Contribute to the sales floor by actively engaging in the sales process with our customers, providing an excellent experience for each customer in store while also exemplifying our Shane Co. sales tools
Working closely, collaboratively, and transparently with the rest of the store management team
Ensuring partnership with the Store Visual Merchandiser to understand and educate team in all merchandising standards including case presentation and storytelling
Participating in and exemplifying our company culture
Develop a basic understanding of all functionalities and processes in the shop, customer service department, and sales operations
Attending and participating in all scheduled meetings of the store management team as requested, as well as meetings with the sales team
Perform duties related to opening and closing the store
Process clean and checks, write up shop jobs for sales, customer repairs, and warranty work, master Quality Control according to Shane Co. standards and participate in shop-related inventories
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 2 years' experience managing, leading, developing, training, and/or supervising others
Evening and weekend availability is a must
Direct knowledge of selling techniques and practices and demonstrated skill in that area
Significant prior sales experience in a face-to-face environment is required
Great ability to provide and receive feedback from peers, supervisors, and customers and adapt behavior with coaching
Genuine enjoyment working with people and a demonstrated ability to influence others in a trusting and cooperative manner
Great listener… we need you to listen to each employee's and customer's needs
Must possess a high level of visual acuity and manual dexterity
Excellence in written and spoken English is required including appropriate usage of spelling and grammar
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred
Retail sales or hospitality industry experience preferred with the ability to present features and benefits of unique products

There is an opportunity to earn an individual sales performance bonus based on your participation in both team and individual sales that bring the perfect item to our guests.
