Responsibilities

Discover and utilize internal and external data to drive development of lead scoring, sales strategy, targeted campaigns, and resource planning decisions
Manage and refine sales forecasting and pipeline management processes that provide accurate prediction into future revenue performance
Ensure forecasting efforts are integrated with organizational objectives and coordinated across cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product Curriculum, Finance)
Identify and take ownership of opportunities to enhance the sales process and sales team performance
Deliver core business performance metrics, reporting, and analytics, including pipeline, bookings, lead funnel, churn analysis, and other KPIs
Create and maintain dashboards and reporting on an ongoing basis to provide visibility into business performance, support decision-making, and track progress against goals
Support senior leadership and the Board by developing board-ready materials, analysis, and presentations that highlight performance, risks, and opportunities
Support Sales leadership with the annual planning process, including business modeling, territory planning, compensation design, and related activities in close partnership with HR, Finance, Implementation, Marketing, and other leadership functions
Manage effective utilization of the CRM, ensuring data quality and optimized processes across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Finance
Lead modernization of tools, workflows, and enablement resources, including the strategic use of AI-driven platforms to automate manual tasks, surface insights, and accelerate sales execution
Make recommendations for improvements to sales roles, coverage models, and/or team configurations to maximize sales productivity
Facilitate successful implementation of new sales programs and goals by supporting leadership in the creation and delivery of training, processes, and systems/tools development
Drive a culture of data-driven sales territory planning and continuous improvement throughout the sales organization
Serve as a connecting agent between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure alignment and operational excellence
Other duties as needed for smooth and efficient operation of the sales function

Required

5+ years of experience in a Sales/Sales Ops role supporting a national sales function
Demonstrated success developing talent & inspiring high-performance sales teams
Experience in sales process design and improvement
Experience with Salesforce.com, HubSpot, and/or other CRM tools
Data driven with deep experience leveraging business analytics to drive actionable results
Experience influencing diverse audiences including C-suite, customers, and subordinate teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
Highly self-motivated with a demonstrated history of accountability to OKRs/sales outcomes
Experience with selecting and implementing technologies to support the sales function
Experience with or understanding of the education technology space
Strong aptitude in people management and team leadership
High adaptability to change
Willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed to support the business
