KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a Pool/Beach Attendant responsible for maintaining a safe and clean aquatic recreational area for residents and their guests. The role includes ensuring the pool and beach areas meet company standards, assisting residents, and monitoring compliance with rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

Ensure that the pool and beach areas are set up to company and property standards, on a daily basis
Be proactive in the ongoing enhancement of the beach
Welcome and greet residents and their Assist them with lounge covers, towels and umbrellas etc
Maintain a guest (resident)
Ensure proper use of amenities such as water, cold towels, ice buckets, sunscreen and so
Monitor compliance of Association Rules and Regulations
Report any malfunction or needed maintenance immediately to Supervisor
Work with Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining beach equipment
Remove dirty towels and trash
Maintain and organize the pool area including the furniture and
Complete daily check list

Qualification

Prior experience in hospitalityHigh School DiplomaCollaborative environmentEffective communicationPositive attitudeOrganizational skills

Required

Prior experience in a related position; experience at a luxury property or hotel is strongly preferred
High School Diploma or Equivalent
The ability to work in a busy, luxury, and fast-paced environment
Must be able to work well in a collaborative environment with various team members in other departments
Must be able to communicate effectively with other team members and guests
Must convey a positive and 'can-do' attitude at all times, including during high-stressful situations
Ability to organize and prioritize and the ability to follow oral and written instructions
