Uphold SOPs and assist in updating processes for efficiency and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
3–5 years in project coordination, client services, or similar roles
Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple projects
Excellent communication skills for client and internal team interactions
Detail-oriented approach to documentation, proofing, and quality control
Ability to influence and guide team members without formal authority
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with MIS platforms like PACE
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
