Mid LevelRS&H is growing their corporate legal team and looking for an experienced Paralegal who values integrity, accountability, curiosity, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have broad corporate experience and will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with legislation.

Responsibilities
Draft and review contracts, including legal terms and conditions as well as scope and fee language
Assist with review of contracts for M&A due diligence
Responsible for reviewing, tracking, and monitoring legislation that impacts the company’s services and/or processes
Assist as needed in implementing changes to contracts
Assist corporate attorneys as needed in legal research
Support and assist with drafting legal documents and correspondence
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's Degree and Paralegal certification are both required
Advanced knowledge of contracts and legal terms
Proficiency in electronic uploading and organization of documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Proficiency in Westlaw
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superb attention to detail, as well as organizational and multi-tasking skills
Demonstrated ability to discretely handle highly sensitive and confidential information
Demonstrated ability to recognize conflicts of interest in a corporate environment
Preferred
Experience with professional services in the Engineering/Architecture industry is preferred
State Notary is preferred
