Responsibilities
Source and qualify applicants to maintain staffing levels for assigned programs
Develop and sustain relationships with colleges, community groups, and other talent pipelines
Write compelling job ads and implement targeted recruiting campaigns
Utilize social media, job boards, and data mining tools to uncover top talent
Schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and assist with pre-employment paperwork
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and extend offers
Support onboarding and follow up with new hires to promote retention
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain accurate candidate records
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a field related to human resources or talent acquisition, or equivalent mix of education and experience
1–2 years of work experience; entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills encouraged to apply
Strong communication, relationship-building, time-management, and organizational skills
Ability to travel locally to colleges, universities, and community sites
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Pennsylvania driver's license
Act 33/34 and FBI clearances, proof of auto insurance, and physical exam required upon job offer
Preferred
Experience with ADP Workforce is a plus
