Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting deliverables across multiple clients
Review client financial statements, partner capital statements, and other key reports
Provide technical accounting expertise and industry insights to clients
Coordinate and oversee the external audit process, as well as annual tax reporting in partnership with third-party accounting firms
Prepare and review partner capital calls, waterfall models, distribution notices, and management fee calculations
Lead, train, and mentor team members by setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and delivering performance feedback
Ensure the team’s compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
Build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively managing expectations and consistently meeting deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of accounting experience, 3+ in Private Equity Industry
Management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
