Qualification
Required
5+ years of business ownership or executive leadership experience
College Degree (advanced degree preferred)
Creative, imaginative leadership with strong business acumen
Adaptability to diverse and unpredictable business environments
Proficiency in basic algebra and accounting
Professional demeanor and appearance
Excellent communication skills (executive and team)
