In this role, you will learn from experienced Escrow Officers while managing client communications and ensuring the accuracy of escrow transactions.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, monitor pipeline, and provide updates of all pending and missing items to clients
Maintain excellent client satisfaction through proactive communication and professional service
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, borrowers, and vendors involved in the closing process
Open new escrow orders and set up files accurately
Review and clear title reports, resolving any issues prior to closing
Review signed closing and title documents for accuracy after closing
Monitor and maintain the daily funding report ensuring loans are disbursed in a timely manner
Ensure that all documents associated with each transaction are on record with the necessary county in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Commercial Escrow, real estate, accounting or legal experience required
Preferred
Experience with production system, Softpro Select preferred
