This role involves supporting loan servicing and asset management matters across a national real estate finance platform and collaborating with teams involved in CMBS, CRE CLOs, and securitized real estate products.

Responsibilities
Support loan servicing and asset management matters across a national real estate finance platform
Handle loan servicing consent transactions, loan modifications, workouts, and asset management issues
Assist with loan sales and portfolio transactions
Collaborate with teams involved in CMBS, CRE CLOs, and securitized real estate products
Conduct research, draft transaction documentation, and manage deal processes
Work directly with institutional lenders, investors, servicers, and asset managers
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
3+ years of real estate finance experience, ideally including loan servicing or asset management
Exceptional writing, drafting, and analytical abilities
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle complex matters efficiently
Active bar admission in the state where the candidate intends to practice (required)
Preferred
Experience with CMBS, CRE CLOs, or other securitized real estate products is a plus
