Experience with mergers and acquisitions and capital markets/corporate finance, corporate governance, private equity and venture capital financings, complex M&A and securities law compliance, corporate formations, and corporate governance matters
Guided companies through successful financing rounds, and complex corporate M&A and commercial transactions
Independently manages significant portions of transactions, including demonstrated ability to manage deal teams of other associates and subject matter experts
