Responsibilities

Drive Philanthropy Strategy: Design and execute an annual Development Plan that fuels organizational growth
Lead Donor Engagement: Build and steward relationships with individual donors, major gift prospects, foundations, and corporate partners
Oversee Grants & Events: Manage grants lifecycle and lead signature events like Harc’s Gala and Walk N Roll
Shape Our Story: Oversee Marketing and Communication Manager to deliver compelling campaigns, donor communications, and brand-aligned messaging
Inspire & Lead: Supervise a talented team (Events Manager, Marketing and Communications Manager, and Grant Writer) and engage board committees to amplify impact

Required

5–7+ years in development with success in individual giving, events, and grants
Skilled in cultivating major donors and corporate sponsors with integrity and discretion

Comfortable with CRM systems, digital campaigns, and data-driven strategies
