Responsibilities

Own and drive North American revenue performance across enterprise and public sector customers

Lead, coach, and develop a distributed sales team, including performance management and talent development

Build and maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility, providing clear insights to executive leadership

Partner with Channel Partners including VARs and MSPs to expand market reach and improve partner productivity

Support complex sales efforts through executive engagement, customer meetings, demos, and proofs of concept

Develop strong cross-functional alignment with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Training, and Operations

Stay current on competitive dynamics, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategy and execution
