New Grad, Entry LevelCreAdd is seeking a Mainshop Technician responsible for meeting customer and contractor vehicle service and repair needs. The role involves performing vehicle repairs, inspections, and maintaining a tidy work area while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Take care of customers, whether they're contract or sale
Repair vehicle properly, timely, and with safe techniques
Vehicle inspection against industry accepted standards
Minor shop duties (clean up, trash)
Maintain a tidy work area
Perform Warranty repairs per Warranty Policy
Weekend availability as needed
Qualification
Required
High school Diploma/GED OR
Vocational/Technical/Business School OR
Manufacturer Technician Certifications
Diagnostic Training
Knowledge of product
Repair skills
Problem solving
Basic computer skills
Experience Required - Any brand, any shop - Dealer experience and Hyundai experience preferred but not required
No supervisory responsibility
Tasks are multiple and diverse with some interrelationship across processes
Work requires the direct application of a variety of procedures, policies and/or precedents
There is some budget responsibility and expenditure authority
Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation
Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems
Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments
Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies and practices
Refers unusual problems to supervisor
Work involves frequent exposure to unpleasant elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, loud noises, chemicals, etc
Position requires continuous moderate or occasional heavy physical activity which includes 15% walking, 50% standing, 10% lifting, 10% pulling, 10% pushing, and 5% sitting
