Our client, Dale Workforce Solutions, is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to support application development delivery teams and ensure successful technology delivery across complex initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage application development projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives
Partner closely with engineering, architecture, QA, product, and business teams within highly technical environments
Leverage prior hands-on experience in software development and/or QA to drive informed planning, estimation, risk identification, and issue resolution
Establish and promote project management standards, policies, strategies, and best practices across delivery teams
Manage a diverse and complex portfolio of projects simultaneously, balancing scope, schedule, dependencies, and technical constraints
Lead cross-functional project teams across development, testing, infrastructure, and operations
Influence high-impact delivery decisions through a strong understanding of system architecture, integration points, and quality considerations
Stay current on industry and marketplace trends; apply relevant case studies and best practices to delivery execution
Provide clear, concise communication of project status, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders at all levels
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager supporting application development teams
Prior hands-on background in software development (.NET and/or Java) and/or Quality Assurance, with a solid understanding of SDLC and testing practices
Experience managing projects across multiple applications, platforms, and technologies
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, technical project teams
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, delivery frameworks, and governance models
Ability to influence outcomes and contribute to wide or high-impact initiatives
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience working in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
Prior Healthcare experience
Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly communication
Experience supporting enterprise-scale or multi-program initiatives
Comfort operating in complex environments with competing priorities and aggressive delivery timeline
