6+ years expPye Legal Group is a global company seeking a Real Estate Senior Counsel to support complex real estate acquisition, development, construction, and leasing matters. This in-house attorney will play a hands-on role in structuring and executing sophisticated transactions while partnering closely with business leaders, internal legal teams, and outside counsel.

Responsibilities
Lead and support complex real estate and infrastructure transactions and project development, including data centers, clean energy, and commercial real estate projects
Conduct comprehensive due diligence and compliance for real estate acquisitions and development initiatives
Advise business leaders on site acquisition, zoning, title, tax incentives, financing, construction, and disposition strategies
Draft and negotiate Purchase and Sale Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, leases, options, estoppels, SNDAs, mineral and surface agreements, service agreements, and confidentiality agreements
Partner with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to structure innovative transactions
Monitor regulatory, zoning, and tax developments impacting real estate and energy projects
Qualification
Required
J.D. and active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
6+ years of experience, including at least 3 years practicing as an attorney
Background as a real estate associate at a large firm and/or in-house counsel in energy, construction, or commercial real estate
Business-minded, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred
Experience with project finance, tax equity, or international transactions is a plus
